This Privacy Policy explains how Restored Technology LLC (“Restored Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, software, and text-message program.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, and phone number.
• Project information related to a restoration job you are associated with, when you use our software or customer portal.
• Mobile and messaging information, including your mobile number and your opt-in consent, when you enroll in our text-message program.
• Usage information, such as device and browser type and pages viewed, collected automatically to operate and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Services and communicate with you about your restoration project.
• To send the text messages you have opted in to receive (see “Text Messaging” below).
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Text Messaging & Mobile Information

When you opt in to the Restored Technology Project & Emergency Alerts, we collect your mobile number and consent so we can send you project and emergency messages on behalf of your servicing restoration office.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, and are not subject to the categories of sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only as needed to send messages you have requested. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing support@restoredtechnology.com.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, with the restoration company servicing your project, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for third-party marketing.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — including retaining a record of your messaging consent. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

6. Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law, by contacting us at support@restoredtechnology.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
