These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Restored Technology LLC (“Restored Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our text-message program. By using the Services or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

Restored Technology builds software used by restoration companies and their customers to manage restoration projects. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation, attempt to access them without authorization, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

2. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Text-Message (SMS/MMS) Program

By enrolling in the Restored Technology Project & Emergency Alerts — whether by texting the keyword RESTORE to (855) 764-2718, by submitting the opt-in form on our website, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts as part of your restoration project — you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Restored Technology, sent on behalf of your servicing restoration office, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

• Program. Messages relate to your restoration project and may include crew dispatch and ETA notices, appointment reminders, requests to review or approve items, daily updates, billing and document notices, and emergency notifications.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies by your project — typically 1–10 messages per week while work is active, and occasional messages otherwise.
• Cost. We do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP, email support@restoredtechnology.com, or call (855) 764-2718.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Devices. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers. To receive messages your mobile device must be able to receive SMS/MMS.

We handle mobile information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Restored Technology or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restored Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
